Well, there is no option to activate but when it will be available you will receive an email from Youtube notifying you that the tab is already available on your channel!
This tab aims to help you get closer to your audience, that is, interact more with your audience and there are several ways to interact such as:
- Asking your fans questions and even creating surveys, this can help you get new video ideas.
- You can publish an image or animated GIF.
- You can share a video from your channel or another channel that you think your audience might like.
YouTube promotes Community posts with users who are most active on your channel and they can see the posts in the “Home” and “Subscriptions” feeds.

Now let’s talk about how NOT to be Banned from AdSense
So, after learning about the silver button and the community tab we are going to see how not to be banned from AdSense.
This is because I see channels with banned accounts every day for any irregularity.
Everyone ends up creating an AdSense account because it is very simple to create but few know the rules and end up with the account disabled!
The AdSense is rigorous because it is money!
How AdSense works?
A company that wants to advertise a product or service pays money to Google.
They select the best sites or channels that have more to do with the company and display ads.
In the AdSense account, you register your site or Youtube channel and you generate an ad unit to display on your site, and on YouTube, you do not need to generate an ad unit, you only need to mark the types of ads you want to display.
With all this, Google takes the part of the money that the company invests and the owner of the website or channel with another part.
Now the company that pays expects a return visitors or sells such a product and all this happens with clicks on the advertisement that takes the visitor to that product or service!
So the clicks should be as natural as possible, the content as serious, original, and useful.
Now imagine that you are the company, that worked hard, and decided to invest thousands of dollars through AdWords, see the money going on a website that asks its readers to click on the ads, just to earn money.
What do you think? This is considered theft and is one of the reasons that your account may be banned.
You can buy views but don’t ask people to click on your ads!
Another reason for having a banned account is invalid activity!
And that happens when you or people related to you click on your ads.
Google knows when clicks are coming from the same computer, same network, or region and will imagine that you induced these people to click on your ads and as a result, you are banned.
So avoid disclosing your site or your channel to people close to you because they probably don’t know how AdSense works and will click away because they like you and want to help you, and will end up harming you.
Another reason is adult content!

This type of content is not well regarded by advertisers because few companies want to associate their brand or product with these types of material, so avoid this type of content as much as possible.
To find out if it’s good content just think: “Would I let my son see this?”

If the IP address you are using is linked to an AdSense account that has been blocked they will suspend any new account registered with that IP address.

In short, take great care that AdSense is rigid and when you make a mistake there is no forgiveness!
Ad Rates VS Estimated Revenue
Now, I will try to explain about Ad Rates and Estimated Revenue because I’m getting questions like:

So let’s understand the 2 values that appear in the Ad Rates and Estimated Revenue analytics.
Ad fees are in fact the gross amount, that is, the amount that advertisers pay to show ads on your channel.
The estimated revenue is the net amount, ie the amount you will receive.
For example, if in the ad rate report you have $100 in revenue, you will have $55, that is, YouTube has discounted 45% and you get 55%.
This clearly appears in the contract you signed with Youtube.
